1 large diced onion
1 cup sour cream
4 ounces goat cheese
½ teaspoon sea salt
Caramelize the Onions

Allow the onion to cook until it’s caramelized, which will take about 20 minutes and don’t forget to stir it frequently. Turn the heat off and allow it to cool.
Mix the ingredients
Put the sour cream and cheese in your food processor and combine them. Now, add the caramelized onions and blend the ingredients. Remember to add salt and pepper to taste. Place your dip in a bowl and refrigerate, keep in mind that you can store it for two days in your refrigerator. Don’t forget to serve it with raw vegetables or potato chips.
